Appointment Cancellation/Re-Scheduling
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved especially for you. We require 24-hour notice should you need to cancel your time with us. Cancellations less than 24-hour notice are subject to a fee.
Please consider that we may have other patients who wish to schedule surgery with us and we try our best to accommodate all patients in a courteous, timely manner.
